TOO LAZY TO POST

The project emerged from an interest in making without the pressure of perfection or public reception. While digital platforms often demand consistency, visibility, and polished outcomes, this zine embraces incompleteness, experimentation, and spontaneity.

The process of creating it became a way for Purvi to move through thought blocks and the procrastination that often accompanies sharing one’s own work online. The zine format itself became central to this exploration. Its accessible, forgiving, and non-hierarchical nature created space for ideas to exist without requiring resolution or validation. Devanagari letterforms are treated not only as text but as graphic elements that stretch, distort, interact, and generate moods of their own.

The zine turns hesitation, overthinking, and moments of creative resistance into a tactile and playful publication.

Too Lazy to Post is a zine that compiles Devanagari lettering to give form to quirky expressions, fleeting thoughts, and everyday feelings. Through playful combinations of typography, colour, and graphic interventions, the publication explores how language can become visual, expressive, and personal beyond its conventional function of communication.
